What it does:

• Builds an A4 invoice with seller and buyer details, numbered line items (quantity, unit, net unit price, net amount, VAT rate, VAT amount, gross amount), a VAT summary per rate, the total net / VAT / gross and the amount due.
• Calculates the amounts exactly: every line is rounded to 2 decimals (half up) and totals are sums of the rounded lines, the method used on Polish invoices. You can also just calculate totals without creating a document.
• Supports percentage VAT rates (e.g. 23%, 8%, 5%, 0%, 19%, 20%) as well as VAT-exempt, reverse-charge and out-of-scope items, and adds the statutory annotations: "Reverse charge" / "Odwrotne obciążenie", the Polish split payment note ("mechanizm podzielonej płatności") and the legal basis of a VAT exemption.
• Adds payment details (method, bank, IBAN in groups of four, due date computed from a payment term), notes and page numbers on multi-page invoices. Works with any currency (ISO code such as PLN, EUR, USD, GBP).

Good to know:

• The PDF is stored only to let you download it: the link is private, hard to guess and works for 24 hours, then the file is deleted. Download and keep your copy. No account is needed and no invoice data is kept after that.
• The plugin does not number invoices for you, does not choose VAT rates, does not send invoices by e-mail and does not submit anything to KSeF or any tax authority. Polish VAT taxpayers may be required to issue invoices in KSeF; this PDF does not replace that.
• Not tax or legal advice: you are responsible for the invoice content meeting the rules that apply to you (in Poland, art. 106e of the VAT Act).
